      3. Your property will have a flyer/brochure prepared that will be presented to any prospective tenant and/or Relocation Source
      4. Your property will be staked with a "For Rent" sign for high visibility
      5. You are welcome to keep your home listed for sale with your preferred REALTOR until a tenant is found. We work with all REALTORS in order to ensure we are providing a variety of options and exposure for any homeowner with a home they need to sell and choose to rent.
